I had the best day ever!!!
Bought more books, listened to a ton of CD's at HMV, had nice dinner with mom and dad, and guess what, my banana white chocolate cake with cream cheese icing turned out gorgeously, as did my chocolate crinkles. ;) We haven't cut the cake yet but the chocolate crinkles taste DIVINE.. and I mean DIVINE.
